There will be 10-35 days, depend on the order. For small order, 10-20 days is enough, for big order, normally takes about 30-35 days.

5) Can you make the design?

Yes, we have professional design team, before design, please provide your area CAD file and let me know more about your request detail, like size, color, material, budget, etc.

6) How long is the warranty?

7) What is the payment term?

Normally, we suggest pay 30% deposit by T/T, balance payment before loading. For the large order, we accept paying by L/C.

8) How to install the product?

We will provide all the installation/erection manuals for all your quoted equipment and a very detailed construction drawing at next step. Your worker can install by following the manuals. For sure we can arrange engineer to guide but need extra pay for that.
